Open to candidates from other industries We are actively welcoming Recruitment Consultants and high-performing sales professionals moving across from different industries. If you have a strong track record in sales or account management but limited recruitment experience, you will still be set up to succeed. Every new consultant completes our intensive eight-week training programme regardless of background, so you arrive with the tools, process and confidence to bill from your established desk. What we are looking for A proven track record in sales, account management or recruitment, ideally 2 or more years (recruitment or B2B preferred, but candidates from other industries are encouraged to apply). Entrepreneurial drive, with a vision for building a team or progressing into an Account Director role. High integrity and a natural ability to build long-term partnerships with clients and candidates. Strong self-motivation and independence, balanced with team collaboration. Commercial common sense and the resilience to handle setbacks while celebrating the wins. Your responsibilities: Source and place healthcare professionals into permanent roles nationwide. Manage and grow an established desk of national client accounts with live vacancies. Cultivate lasting relationships with clients and high-calibre candidates. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, high-reward environment. Mentor and support newer consultants and contribute to our collaborative culture. What you will enjoy Salary between $75,000 to $80,000 plus super per annum Take over an established desk: our current consultant is joining our UK office. Intensive 8-week training regardless of prior experience or industry background. Manage established national client accounts with vacancies from day one. A genuine commitment to internal promotion.
